Community Guidelines

Housify exists so people in Pakistan can discover homes and connect with legitimate owners and agents. These Guidelines explain what is not allowed so everyone can trust the marketplace.

Do not post properties that do not exist, that you are not authorized to market, or that use stock photos of unrelated homes as if they were the actual unit.

Do not flood Housify with repetitive posts, irrelevant keywords, or unsolicited bulk messages to buyers or agents.

Do not create multiple near-identical listings for the same property to dominate search results. Keep one accurate active listing and update it instead.

Advance-fee scams, fake payment receipts, impersonation of Housify staff, phishing links, and requests to move chats off-platform to evade fraud checks are strictly prohibited.

Do not post hate speech, pornography, graphic violence, or content that demeans protected groups. Listing photos must be appropriate for a general audience.

Threats, stalking, discriminatory refusal to deal based on protected characteristics, and abusive language in inquiries or replies are not allowed.

Only upload media and text you have rights to use. Do not scrape competitor photos or floor plans without permission.

Bait pricing, hidden compulsory fees designed to deceive, or wildly inaccurate area/price figures intended to attract clicks are prohibited. Correct honest mistakes promptly.

Housify may remove content, withhold promotions, suspend accounts, or report criminal activity. Appeals can be sent to support with listing IDs and context.
