Data Deletion Request

Use this form to ask Housify to delete personal data linked to your account — including profile details, listings you control, favorites, and inquiry history — subject to the exceptions below.

If you can still sign in, you may also remove or deactivate listings from the Agent portal before submitting this request.

After we verify that you control the email address on the account, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Many requests are finished sooner. You will receive confirmation at the email you provide when processing is complete (or if we need more information).

We may retain limited information when required to:

• Comply with Pakistani law, tax, or accounting obligations
• Detect or prevent fraud and abuse
• Resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
• Keep anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you

For a short recovery window (typically up to 14 days after verification starts), we may be able to halt deletion if you contact us and confirm you sent the request in error. After deletion is finalized, account recovery is not available and you would need to register again.

This page satisfies common Google Play, Apple App Store, and OAuth provider expectations for a publicly reachable account deletion path. Deleting your Housify account does not automatically delete your Google or Apple ID — only Housify’s copy of linked profile data.
