Housify uses cookies to operate a secure, reliable property marketplace — not to sell your personal information.

• Remember UI preferences (for example grid vs list views)
• Protect against abuse and CSRF-style attacks
• Measure performance and diagnose errors
• Understand which pages help people find homes (analytics)

These are required for core functionality. Without them, sign-in, security, and basic browsing may fail. Examples include session cookies and load-balancer or CDN tokens.

Functional cookies remember choices such as preferred city, recently viewed homes (local device storage), or notification UI state so you do not have to reconfigure the site every visit.

Analytics help us see aggregate traffic patterns (for example which cities are popular) so we can improve search and listing quality. We configure analytics to avoid unnecessary personal identifiers where practical.

Performance technologies measure page load times and failures so we can fix bugs affecting map views, image galleries, and mobile layouts.

Housify may introduce marketing or advertising cookies in the future to measure campaign effectiveness (for example whether a Facebook or Google ad led to a signup). If we do, we will update this Policy and provide controls consistent with applicable law and platform rules.

You can control cookies through your browser settings (block, delete, or alert). Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or listing tools from working.

On mobile apps (when available), you can reset advertising identifiers in OS settings and manage notification permissions separately.
