Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Housify at https://housify.live and related apps or services (the “Services”).

By creating an account, posting a listing, sending an inquiry, or otherwise using Housify, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to use Housify. If you use Housify on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must promptly update outdated contact details and notify us of unauthorized access.

We may refuse registration, require verification, or reclaim usernames that infringe rights or confuse the public.

Listings must be truthful, current, and lawful. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of prices, area, ownership or agency authority, photos, and descriptions.

• Misleading, fabricated, or stolen listing content is prohibited
• Duplicate listings for the same unit intended to spam search results are prohibited
• Illegal property offers, prohibited land transactions, or content that violates Pakistani law are prohibited
• Images must depict the listed property (or clearly labelled illustrative material where no photo exists) and must not infringe third-party rights

Agents and agencies using Housify tools agree to:

• Have authority to market the properties they list
• Respond professionally to genuine inquiries
• Use credits, boosts, and packages only for their own authorized listings
• Comply with advertising and consumer protection norms applicable in Pakistan
• Not harvest buyer data for spam or unrelated marketing

Buyers and tenants agree to use inquiry and contact features in good faith, provide accurate contact details, and independently verify property, title, and payment arrangements before committing funds. Housify does not replace due diligence, site visits, or professional legal advice.

Owners and sellers must ensure they have the right to offer the property, disclose material defects known to them where required by law or good faith, and not use Housify to facilitate fraud or money-laundering.

Housify is a technology platform that connects users. Except where we expressly state otherwise, we are not a property owner, broker of record for every listing, escrow agent, or party to your offline transactions.

To protect users, Housify may review listings. We may, at our reasonable discretion:

• Approve or leave pending listings awaiting review
• Reject or unpublish listings that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Edit categories, tags, or formatting for clarity and search quality
• Remove content that appears fraudulent, illegal, infringing, or harmful
• Limit visibility of low-quality or duplicate inventory

Certain features (such as listing credits or promotional boosts) may require payment or an approved package request. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment partners to process amounts you confirm. Taxes, bank fees, and third-party charges may apply.

Offline property purchase or rental payments between users are outside Housify’s payment rails unless we launch a specific escrow or payment product and disclose its terms separately.

Hot, Super Hot, Premium, and similar boosts may increase visibility but do not guarantee leads, sales, or preferential legal status. Boost effects depend on inventory, ranking algorithms, and remaining credits.

Subscription or credit packages grant limited, non-transferable entitlements described at purchase. Unused credits may expire according to plan terms. Chargebacks or abusive refund requests may result in suspension.

Housify branding, software, logos, and original site content are owned by Housify or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform except as allowed by these Terms or mandatory law.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Housify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Services (including showing listings in search results and social previews).

You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

Do not upload photos, floor plans, or text you do not have rights to use. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

If you believe content on Housify infringes your copyright, email legal@housify.live with: (a) your contact details; (b) description of the work; (c) URL or listing ID of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent.

We will review complete notices and may remove or disable access to the material and notify the poster. Counter-notices may be submitted by posters who believe removal was mistaken. This process is intended to align with international notice-and-takedown practices and app store expectations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, fail verification, or create legal or security risk. You may stop using Housify at any time. Provisions that should survive (liability limits, indemnity, IP) will survive termination.

You must not engage in scams, phishing, impersonation, payment diversion schemes, fake ownership claims, or manipulation of rankings. We cooperate with lawful investigations.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSIFY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE COMPLETE, THAT TRANSACTIONS WILL CLOSE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Housify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on listings.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Housify for paid features in that period, or (b) PKR 10,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example proven fraud by Housify itself).

You agree to defend and indemnify Housify against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, listings, offline deals, or violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
